Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ENTREE ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use ENTREE. These terms apply to all users, including attendees, organizers, and administrators.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an organizer account or process payments. By using ENTREE, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Organizer responsibilities

Organizers are solely responsible for their events, including accuracy of event information, delivery of promised experiences, and compliance with applicable laws. ENTREE is a platform provider and is not responsible for event quality or disputes between organizers and attendees.

• Organizers must complete identity verification to access paid event features and withdrawals
• Organizers may not create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal events
• Organizers are responsible for issuing refunds where legally required
• ENTREE reserves the right to suspend or remove events that violate these terms

4. Platform service fee

ENTREE charges a platform service fee on paid ticket sales. This fee is deducted automatically from the ticket sale amount before crediting organizer earnings. The remaining balance is credited to the organizer's ENTREE account and is withdrawable after verification.

5. Payments and refunds

All payments are processed by Flutterwave. ENTREE is not responsible for payment failures caused by Flutterwave or your financial institution. Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. The platform service fee is non-refundable once a transaction is completed.

6. Withdrawals

Verified organizers may request withdrawals of their available balance from the organizer dashboard. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days. ENTREE reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, disputed transactions, or policy violations.

7. DP generator and intellectual property

By uploading images (event flyers, profile photos) to ENTREE, you grant ENTREE a non-exclusive license to display and process those images for the purpose of operating the DP generator and event platform. You retain ownership of your original images.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Creating fraudulent or misleading events or ticket listings
• Using the platform for illegal activities
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the platform
• Scraping data without permission
• Impersonating another user or entity
• Reselling tickets at inflated prices without organizer permission

9. Limitation of liability

ENTREE is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENTREE disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, event cancellations, or payment failures.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where ENTREE operates. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and where necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
