How do I create an event on ENTREE?

Is ENTREE free to use?
Creating an account and hosting open or free events costs nothing. For paid ticket events, a small platform fee applies — deducted automatically so you never handle it manually.
How does ticket purchasing work for attendees?
Attendees visit your event page, select their ticket tier, and complete payment via Flutterwave's secure checkout. They receive a QR-coded ticket by email immediately after payment.
What currencies are supported?
ENTREE supports USD, GBP, EUR, NGN, GHS, KES, ZAR, CAD, and more. Each ticket type can be priced in any supported currency.
How does the DP Generator work?
After registering or purchasing a ticket, attendees go to the DP generator page for your event. They upload their photo, it gets placed inside the event's branded frame, and they can download and share it on social media — turning them into instant promoters.
Can I get a refund for a ticket?
Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Contact the organizer directly for refund requests. ENTREE facilitates the platform but refund decisions belong to the event creator.
What is an Open Event?
An Open Event requires no registration and no ticket. Anyone can visit the event page and immediately access the DP generator to create and share a branded display picture.
How do organizer withdrawals work?
Verified organizers can request a withdrawal of their earned balance directly from their dashboard. Requests are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days to the organizer's registered bank account.
Can I create multiple editions of the same event?
Yes. From your event dashboard, you can create a new edition of any event — setting a different date, location, capacity, and ticket pricing. All editions are linked so your audience can discover the full series.
